I\u2019m 34, and my ex-husband, 36, walked out on me years ago when his mistress got pregnant. I\u2019ve been raising our two kids on my own ever since. Last week, he suddenly appeared at my door with his daughter\u2014the one he had with her\u2014and asked me to babysit.<\/p>\n
His tone was desperate: \u201cMy wife is in the hospital, she\u2019s dying. I have to be there. I have no one else to ask.\u201d
